Message Integration

Form responses are automatically added to your WhatsApp message:

Original message:

"I'm interested in your services"

With form data:

"I'm interested in your services

Name: John Smith
Email: john@example.com
Project: Website redesign"

Best Practices

Keep Forms Short

  • 2-4 fields maximum
  • Only ask for essential information
  • More fields = lower completion rate

Clear Labels

  • ✅ "Your Full Name"
  • ❌ "Name"
  • ✅ "Best Phone Number to Reach You"
  • ❌ "Phone"

Smart Field Order

  1. Easy fields first (name)
  2. Contact info next (email/phone)
  3. Complex fields last (descriptions)

Mobile Optimization

  • Test on mobile devices
  • Use appropriate input types
  • Keep labels short
  • Make buttons large enough
