Need to update a phone number, change a message, or modify form fields? This guide shows you how to edit your existing links.
What Can Be Edited?
You can change:
- ✅ Phone number
- ✅ WhatsApp message
- ✅ Form fields
- ✅ Active/Inactive status
- ✅ Multiple recipients - only for premium links
- ✅ Domain (openwa.link ↔ owa.link) - only for premium links
You cannot change:
- ❌ Link code (e.g., abc123)
- ❌ Creation date
- ❌ Analytics data
How to Edit a Link
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
- Go to my.owa.link
- Click "Sign In"
- Navigate to "Dashboard"
Step 2: Find Your Link
Your links are listed with:
- Link code
- Current status
- Total clicks
- Edit button
Step 3: Click Edit
Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to your link.
Step 4: Make Your Changes
The edit form shows all editable fields:
Update Phone Number
- Select new country if needed
- Enter new number
- Changes apply immediately
Modify Message
- Edit the text
- Add/remove emojis
- Recommendation: Keep it under 256 characters.
Change Form Fields
- Add new fields
- Remove existing ones
- Reorder fields
- Update labels
Step 5: Save Changes
Click "Save Changes" to update your link.
